Explore Cutting-Edge Developments in Sustainable Protein Production at the 2025 Symposium in Winnipeg
Manitoba’s annual Sustainable Research Protein Symposium returns to Winnipeg on Friday, July 11, 2025. For the first time, they’re bringing a lineup of experts from around the world to share their knowledge and insights into the global protein landscape.
We’re excited to hear the keynote speech of Katherine Foster, an EIT Food Fellow at the World Economic Forum. She brings academic research into high-level global policy and investment conversations, so there’s much to learn even in her brief time on stage.
Hubba Khatoon, another brilliant innovator reshaping the Canadian food sector, will also deliver a keynote speech to kick off the event.
There will be trainee presentations and a panel discussion right before lunch break. You’ll learn about the financial opportunities and challenges in sustainable protein production.
