Moreover, the company should really consider giving the website a makeover since the interface and information are extremely outdated. There’s also no mention of its preferred vendors, which is one of the things that clients always look for.

This could be a real hassle because you’ll have to contact the company first to lay out every inquiry that you have, which can be a bit time-consuming.
