While the luggage repair centre currently accommodates all types of travel bags, we think it’s wise to only bring in your luggage here if its warranty has expired.
Otherwise, you’ll revoke your warranty coverage before you get to maximise whatever perks your luggage brand offers.

That said, we’re not so pleased to learn that the repair quality isn’t always superb. From what we’re told, some of the repair work didn’t hold much after just a few weeks.
On the bright side, we’re pleased that Nik’s staff are open to redoing the repairs for free and with far superior quality.
It’s also a bummer to learn that some of the staff aren’t that responsive.

We also have to give it to this store for servicing airline damages. Note that Bentley may require you to file a report of any damages to your carrier – with a copy to be attached to your warranty claim – before bringing your luggage in for repairs.

“Very helpful staff. I had brought my suitcase into the store to enquire about repairs re: the handle wouldn’t extend. (It was quite annoying- I’d gone on vacation and had to carry the suitcase everywhere because I couldn’t roll it behind me.) The staff at Bentley looked into the repair policies, and when I went to demonstrate to them that the handle wasn’t working, it extended! I had tested it so many times prior to bringing it in – that handle was STUCK and would not extend! But, I guess the ladies at Bentley are magical, because suddenly everything was working!
