We like that they’re pretty easy to talk to. From the first phone call to the delivery, they are very responsive and prompt.

Refinery started as a small party store on Cordon Avenue in the ‘50s and has since become a local institution with multiple locations across the city.
Although the store is mostly known for Halloween costumes and birthday balloons, they also have rental items for all occasions.
Apart from their wide selection of decor, dinnerware, linen, and tents, they’ve got fun equipment that goes beyond the basics—a candy floss machine, a popcorn machine, and a slushie maker, to name a few.
We like that they’re pretty affordable and surprisingly simple to operate. They’re also portable, making it easier for you to return them after the party.
