A true craftsman and expert. Ilya disassembled and cleaned my automatic watch. Nobody else would touch it (except for the factory folks in Switzerland). Ilya did an incredible job; the watch is running better than it was new. I’m incredibly impressed with him, his skill, and expertise.
He is the “go-to” guy.
I will be returning with other timepieces and referring others.

I discovered Vandenbergs several years ago when I needed batteries for some watches. All the places that I used to go to were no longer in business or didn’t replace batteries anymore. The lovely woman who works in the repair area is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. She was threatening to retire but I pray she never does. I have purchased a watch from there and have taken several items to be repaired. Everyone else should as well!
